“We manufacture the most sanitary A2 milk from Gir cows, and the milk and its products are constantly tested and assessed in real time during the various stages of production, from milking to packaging. To assess all our products, we use real-time PCR equipment, an NIR machine, and our analytic in-house lab. We've determined that every cow in our herd carries the A2A2 gene.
